The SIMPORT project has started (with a small delay) und is running for several weeks now. Due to the COVID-19 situation the meetings with the participants of the projects are happening online. We are sharing our progress and talking about problems that occurred in the last weeks.
We archived quite a lot so far. We decided on communication tools to use and discussed the overall project schedule. Besides a draft for a research paper we are also developing a location tracking app. The TU Berlin is defining ethical questions that will be discussed in a workshop. The FH Münster analysed and summarized the the usage of personal location information in current mobile apps.
