The Situated Computing Lab (sitcom) at the Institute of Geoinformatics at the WWU Münster has a vacancy for a student assistant in the SIMPORT project as soon as possible. The weekly working time is 8 hours. Less or more hours are also possible on request. The contract period is a maximum of six months until the end of the project in June 2023.
The content of the project is to develop possibilities to enable sovereign and intuitive management of personal location information. The scope of duties primarily includes collaboration in the planning and implementation of studies and surveys.
Enthusiasm for communication and organisation, as well as ideally experience in organising scientific studies with users, are prerequisites for employment. Knowledge of how to use survey tools is helpful, but not essential. As communication with German- and English-speaking study participants is part of the job, knowledge of German and English is required.
